VAX-Action: Tackling Effectively
Vaccine Hesitancy in Europe

The VAX-ACTION kick-off meeting was held on December 1st, 2023, at 12:00 PM (WET) and 1:00 PM (CET). The meeting was headed by the Project Coordinator (PC), Tiago Correia, and the following agenda was presented and discussed:

1. Welcome, and Opening Remarks
2. Overview of Work Packages
   Presentation of Work Packages (WPs) starting in December 2023:
   - WP1 presented by Tiago Correia,
   - WP2 presented by Carlo Signorelli
   - WP6 presented by Robert Otok
3. Presentation of the management structure.
4. Planning of Meetings for 2024:
   - Proposal for three regular meetings a year.
   - Discussion on an extraordinary meeting session at the beginning of January.
   - Voting on the meeting dates and times proposal.
5. Pre-Funding Announcement: strategy.
6. Additional issues: Consortium Agreement (CA), adjustments to CA, other issues

There was a voting session on the meeting dates and times proposal. The results showed a preference for Tuesday mornings (10:00 GMT; 11:00 CET). The selected meeting days for upcoming partner meetings were January 9th, 2024, March 19th, 2024, September 10th, 2024, and December 17th, 2024.
